液-液-固三相离心分离机

摘要

                                                                
随着环境保护和制造成本的要求,机械加工工程中所使用的切削液在使用过程中,为延长切削液的使用周期、防止切削液在使用过程中混入水和细的金属粉末,造成机床精度下降和对环境的污染,实现水、切削液和细的金属粉末的分离,离心分离是指依靠离心力的作用,固体在液体中沉降,沉降后的物料进一步受到离心力的挤压,实现固液分离的过程。基于离心沉降原理的离心机统称为沉降离心机。沉降离心机具有分离因数高,液固两相分离后固相沉在设备的外壁上,不需要使用过滤介质等特点。特别适用于固体颗粒直径小、两相密度差小、物料分离困难的场合,也可用于液- 液两相、液- 液- 固三相分离或粒度分级等,在化工、制药、冶金、食品及烟草等基础行业以及能源、生物、环保等新型技术领域都有广泛应用。
这篇论文会对国内三相离心分离机的历来的情况进行一个简要的概述,而且加上了三相离心分离机工作的理念简述,综述国内外三相离心分离机的现在的发展情况后,也综合了它的装置构造是如何设计概念。论文中,做好了三相离心分离机构造与设计的方案,对该装置的参数进行设计,校对其强度,分析其运动,三相离心分离机的每个机械构造和尺寸分别得到确认和完善。

Abstract

With the requirements of environmental protection and manufacturing cost, the cutting fluid used in the machining engineering is used to prolong the use period of the cutting fluid and prevent the cutting fluid mixed with water and fine metal powder in the process of use, resulting in the reduction of the precision of the machine tool and the pollution of the environment, and the realization of water, cutting fluid and fine metal powder. At the end of the separation, centrifugal separation refers to the effect of centrifugal force, the solid is settled in the liquid, and the material after the settlement is squeezed by the centrifugal force, and the separation process of solid and liquid is realized. Centrifuge based on centrifugal settlement principle is collectively referred to as sedimentation centrifuge. The sedimentation centrifuge has a high separation factor, and the solid phase is deposited on the outer wall of the equipment after the liquid solid two phase separation. It is especially suitable for the small diameter of solid particles, small two phase density and difficult material separation. It also can be used in liquid liquid phase, liquid liquid solid three-phase separation or particle size classification. It is widely used in new technologies, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, food and tobacco, as well as new technologies in energy, biology, and environmental protection. Use.
This paper will give a brief overview of the three phase centrifuges in China, plus a brief introduction to the concept of three phase centrifuges, and a summary of the development of the three phase centrifuges at home and abroad. In this paper, a scheme for the structure and design of a three-phase centrifuge is done. The parameters of the device are designed, the strength of the three-phase centrifuge is designed, its motion is analyzed, and each mechanical structure and size of the three-phase centrifuge are confirmed and perfected respectively.
