摘 要
 
 
伴随现代科技水平的不停发展,对各个国家来说,金属资源变得越来越重要。在工业发展中,对金属资源的不合理使用以及过渡开采,浪费了大量的金属资源。金属资源的不断减少引起了人们的担忧,在此情况下,如何实现废弃金属的回收再利用,成了工业发展中尤为重要的课题。金属打包机就在这种形式下孕育而出。
 
打包机整体结构的设计,机座部分结构设计、材料选择,液压系统的设计、元件选择以及打包机液压原理图设计等是本次设计的主要内容。本次设计告别传统的丝杆传动,而采用液压传动的形式,为打包装置传递更大的工作压力。本次设计的打包机采用主、侧双液压缸进行工作,侧液压缸放在投放物料仓室的后方,主液压缸则放在投放物料仓室的侧方。压缩室的设计及其材料的选择是整体结构设计的主要内容。而活塞杆以及缸筒的计算校核等是液压缸设计的主要内容。在本次设计的打包机中,除去主、侧两个液压缸完成打包工作外,还包含有前门液压缸、上盖液压缸和锁紧液压缸,它们分别完成各自的工作,从而完成整个打包过程。
 
本次设计完成了上述液压金属打包机所需要的设计。整个液压金属打包机具有很大的优点,成本造价低廉,具有快速、高效的工作效率,应用广泛。

ABSTRACT
 
 
With the development of modern science and technology, metal resources are becoming more and more important to individual countries.The excessive use of metal resources and the exploitation of the transition have wasted a lot of metal resources.Metal resources decline has caused people's concern, in this case, how to realize the scrap metal recycling, became the industrial development is particularly important topic.Charter planes were born in this situation.
 
Design of the whole structure of baling press, stand part of the structure design, material selection, hydraulic system design, component selection and packer hydraulic principle diagram design is the main content of this design.This design does not use the traditional screw drive, but the hydraulic drive is used to provide the power for the machine.A double hydraulic cylinder is used for work, the main hydraulic cylinder is placed in the back of the compression chamber, and the side hydraulic cylinder is on the side of the compression chamber.The design of the compression chamber and its material selection are the main content of the overall structure design.In the design of the packing machine, remove the main hydraulic cylinder, side two complete packaging work outside, still have three auxiliary hydraulic cylinder, respectively, to complete the whole process.
 
This design completes the design of the hydraulic metal press.The whole hydraulic metal packing machine has a lot of advantages, not only cost low, but also widely used by enterprises.
