摘 要
社会的日益进步,劳动力越来越廉价,对效率的追逐愈加激烈,对质量的要求越来越严格。剪板机也不再是从前的手动剪切,无法保证高精度、高效率的状态下,正是由于对板材的精度和质量的要求越来越高,在这一背景下,就需要剪板机能够朝着高精度,高质量,高效率的方向发展。自动剪板机的出现,使得不用再人为的去控制,减少了劳动力,生产效率随之提高,对剪板机的完善设计与制造,可以提高板材的加工精度,甚至可以降低生产成本,在某一程度上也能推动工业的进步,社会的发展。
   QC11Y 自动剪板机的设计有两大块,一是进行它的结构设计,一是设计液压控制系统。用 CAD 绘制剪板机的零件图和装配图,并通过计算保证其运行的安全性和稳定性,还有装配的合理性。用 CAD 画液压系统的原理图,完成方案选择后,通过计算进行液压系统中各元件规格型号的选用。还要设计由带有弹簧的液压缸组成的压料装置,由公式计算出液压缸尺寸并进行选型。
 
在进行一系列的设计、计算与规格选用后,一个 QC11Y 自动剪板机就完成了。它能提高生产效率,并且可靠性很好,对完成被剪切的板材,它能够很好的满足直线度和平行度,这种剪板机加工出来的板材质量和精度都是很可观的。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society, the labor force is becoming cheaper and cheaper, the pursuit of efficiency is becoming more and more intense, and the requirement of quality is becoming more and more strict. Plate shearing machine is no longer the former manual shearing, can not guarantee high accuracy, high efficiency state, it is because of the higher and higher demand for the accuracy and quality of the plate, under this background, it is necessary for the shearing machine to be able to move towards high accuracy and high quality. The direction of high efficiency. The appearance of automatic plate shearing machine makes it unnecessary to control artificially, reduces the labor force and improves the production efficiency. The perfect design and manufacture of the plate shearing machine can improve the processing precision of the plate and even reduce the production cost. To a certain extent, it can also promote the progress of industry and social development.
 
In this design, there are two main parts, one is the design of the structure of the shearing machine, the other is the design of the driving system-hydraulic control system. The part drawing and assembly drawing of the shearing machine are drawn with CAD, and the safety and stability of the operation are ensured by calculation, and the assembly is reasonable. The schematic diagram of hydraulic system is also drawn with CAD. After the scheme is selected, the specification model of each component in hydraulic system is selected by calculation. A press device consisting of a spring cylinder is also designed. The size of the cylinder is calculated by the formula and the type selection is carried out.
 
After a series of design, calculation and specification selection, a QC11Y automatic plate shearing machine is completed. It can improve the production efficiency, and the reliability is very good, for the completion of the shearing plate, it can meet the straightness and parallelism very well. The quality and precision of the plate processed by this kind of shearing machine are very considerable.
