设计简介
摘 要
本设计是设计一种专用于储液塔内壁防腐涂料喷涂工作的组装式高空作业设备。
整机分为可移动基架、升降装置、操作平台三个部分。本文主要负责组装式储液塔内壁防腐涂料半自动喷涂机的可移动基架部分，要求设计成可折叠式，使其能进入储液塔直径1米的圆形入口，设计思路为：先通过讨论确定了半自动喷涂机整机的大致结构；而后，确定了可移动基架的加高方案；然后通过比较确定了支腿的结构方案。
在设计中，先确定了基本结构，再通过设计计算或借鉴经验得出各部件的设计尺寸；而后据设计尺寸及载荷对轴承和脚轮进行了选型；还简单地计算了螺旋副的基本尺寸。
计算了支腿的最大支反力，为支腿的设计校核提供了可靠数据。校核了压杆的稳定性，和压杆中销的强度，确保加高设计的安全性。还校核了支腿横梁的强度，以及支腿竖杆的强度，防止支腿失效导致整机倾覆。

ABSTRACT
This graduation design is to design an assembly type aerial work equipment that is dedicated to the spraying of anticorrosive paint on the inner wall of a liquid storage tower.
The whole machine is divided into three parts: movable base frame, lifting device and operation platform. This article is mainly responsible for the removable base part of the anti-corrosion coating semi-automatic spraying machine for the assembly-type liquid storage tower . It is required to be designed to be foldable so that it can enter the circular entrance of the tank with a diameter of 1 meter. The design idea is as follows: First, the general structure of the semi-automatic spraying machine is determined through discussion; secondly, the heightening plan for the movable base was determined; At last, the structural design of the legs was determined by comparison.
In the design, the basic structure was determined firstly, and then the design dimensions of each component were obtained through design calculations or lessons learned; then the bearings and casters were selected according to the design size and load. The basic dimensions of the spiral pair are also simply calculated.
The maximum leg reaction force of the leg is calculated and reliable data is provided for the design verification of the leg. Check the stability of the pressure bar and the strength of the pin in the pressure bar to ensure the safety of the heightening design. Also checked the strength of the leg cross member, and the strength of the vertical leg of the leg to prevent the legs from failing and causing the entire machine to overturn.
