摘 要

面筋脱水机是一种应用比较广泛的生产机械,但是当前面筋脱水机存在诸多问题,如脱水效果差、生产成本高等。因此设计一种能够实现连续自动脱水作业成为当前的需求,本次毕业设计在大量查阅面筋脱水机相关的参考文献,对面筋脱水的结构方案进行了相应的设计,并最终确定采用螺旋式结构方案,根据设计的结构方案对整体结构进行了相关的设计计算,包括传动系统、脱水部件以及其他相关零件,对螺旋直径、螺距进行了设计计算,对绞龙壳体、轴、支承件进行了结构设计,保证脱水机结构合理可靠;结合相关强度计算和校核理论对相关零件进行了强度计算和强度校核,保证所设计的零件能够满足相应的寿命和强度要求,包括主轴的设计计算、滚动轴承的选择及寿命计算;同时查阅相关手册,对面筋脱水机的使用相关事项进行了简要概述;最后,运用CAD软件完成了面筋脱水机装备工程图纸和相关零件图纸的绘制。运用三维软件SolidWorks对面筋脱水机进行了三维建模,包括面筋脱水机的主要零件,最终完成面筋脱水机的装配模型的建立,并且使用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对主要零件进行静强度分析。

ABSTRACT

 

The gluten dewatering machine is a widely used production machine, but the current gluten dewatering machine has many problems, such as poor dewatering effect and high production cost. Therefore, designing a continuous automatic dewatering operation has become a current requirement. This graduated design consults a large number of references related to gluten dewatering machines, and correspondingly designs the structural scheme of gluten dewatering, and finally adopts a spiral structure scheme. According to the design of the structure, the design of the entire structure was calculated, including the transmission system, the dewatering components and other related parts. The spiral diameter and pitch were calculated and calculated. The structure of the auger shell, shaft and support was constructed.
