设计简介
摘 要
随着我国高速公路的迅猛发展,公路冷藏车运输越来越显示出其快速发展的趋势。因为运输的集装化及环境保护意识的提高,货物运输不仅要求其运输的快捷安全,而且要求被运输货物的质量能保鲜。因此对冷藏车的生产与应用有了更高的要求。本次改装设计的冷藏汽车总质量为4吨,制冷温度为-25℃,是福CTX3360型底盘的基础上改装设计的,主要包括制冷装置、隔热车厢和副车架的设计。本次设计采用非独立式冷板制冷的制冷方式,配合地面制冷机组使用,减轻了整车质量,隔热车厢选择分片式,用车厢底板直接做副车架,制造工艺简单并且节约成本,满足了中短途运输中对经济性和实用性的双重需求。关键词:专用车设计;冷藏汽车;冷板;制冷量;隔热车厢;副车架
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of our country's highway, the transports of highway refrigerator trucks have showed their rapid development trend. Because of the requirement of containerized shipment and the conscious of environmental protection, the cargo transport not only requires rapidness and safety, but also the quality of the goods must be retained freshness. So the production and application of refrigerator trucks have higher requirements. This design depends on CA1103P9K2LE chassis from FAW with the 10,000kg total mass, -5℃ the lowest degree and 4 hours maximum endurance. This design includes refrigerated equipments, insulation carriage and sub-frame. This design uses the independent type of cooling-plate for refrigeration with the help of the ground refrigeration unit to reduce the weight with full equipments. Using choose subdivision type as insulated body and using platform floor as sub-frame doesn’t only make process sample but also save the cost.
