摘 要
在众多制图软件中,Solidworks软件已成为研究和开发的热点,逐渐成为一种趋势。在Solidworks环境中,通过产品、部件和零件之间的参数关系,运用一种基于装配约束参数化设计方法实现各部件的参数化建模,阐述了这种参数化设计方法中的关键技术,包括产品结构的划分、关联设计、尺寸分析、基于布局草图的设计和方程式的添加;运用参数化设计的方法构建一个Solidworks部件库。采用这用方法,有利于产品的修改,提高设计效率。本文在参阅了国内外众多对参数化设计的文献基础上,以电动汽车整体传动方案为例,进一步探讨了它的发展和过程。让设计人员从繁琐的绘图工作中解脱出来,集中精力选择和优化设计参数,提高产品质量,缩短产品设计周期。
从世界范围来看,我国电动汽车的研制与国外发达国家几乎站在同一起跑线上目前,整车方面已初步形成产品开发的系统配套、管理机制和团队组合,纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃料电池汽车样车均已实现,关键零部件、燃料电池发动机已形成系统,高功率镍氢电池、锂离子电池性能有了较大提高,多能源控制系统初步形成。撰写本文的主要目的在于加深自己对电动汽车的认识,同时让更多的人了解新能源与电动汽车,而且广大风华正茂的同志若对电动汽车有兴趣,有能力,也可以为我国或者为世界汽车能源贡献出自己的价值。即便我国的电动汽车产业取得了很多进步,但是在当今如此严峻的形势下,在能源和环境的双重危机还未解决之前,依然需要继续努力奋斗,特别是肩负着祖国未来发展重任的当代大学生,更应该背负起这个伟大的使命与责任。

   Abstract
In many drawing software, Solidworks software has become a hot research and development, and gradually become a trend. In Solidworks environment, through the parameter relationships between products, components and parts, the use of a parametric modeling of the components based on the parametric design method of assembly constraints, this paper expounds the parametric design method of the key technologies, including product structure of the division, the related design, size analysis, based on the sketch layout design and equations to add; use of parametric design method to construct a Solidworks component library. By using this method, it is advantageous to the modification of the product and improve the design efficiency. In this paper, a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the design of the literature based on the electric vehicle as an example, to further explore its development and process. Let the design personnel from the tedious drawing work, concentrate on the choice and optimization of design parameters, improve product quality, shorten the product design cycle.
On a world scale, the development of electric cars in our country and the developed countries almost standing on the same starting line at present, the vehicle has already initially formed product development system, management mechanism and the team combination, pure electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicle prototypes have been implemented, the key parts, fuel cell engine system has been formed, high power nimh batteries, lithium ion battery performance has improved greatly, the energy control system has been formed. The main purpose of writing this article is to deepen their understanding of the electric car, also let more people know about the new energy and electric cars, and the majority of young comrade if interested in electric cars, have the ability, can in the our country or in the car contribution to energy their own value. Even if the electric car industry in China has made a lot of progress, but in today's such a severe situation, in the dual crisis of the energy and the environment has not been resolved, still need to continue to work hard struggle, especially shoulder the task of the the motherland in the future development of the contemporary college students, more should bear this great mission and responsibility.
