设计简介
摘要
随着人们对物质文化生活水平要求的提高,人们逐渐对环境的要求也在不断提高,城镇绿地建设量与维修量随之增长,与此同时社会上对草坪机械的需求日益增长,带动了草坪机械产业的高速发展。本文研究的是一种半自动园林景观修剪机设计,介绍了景观修剪机的历史和现状。这种景观修剪机主要用于大中型草坪的修剪和维护,要求具有良好的机械性能、安全性能和草坪修剪质量。本文设计的是景观修剪机的关键部件,选用已有的景观修剪机的小车,只对景观修剪机的刀片和传动机构进行设计并进行模型设计。在现代技术的基础上,将机械原理与美学相结合,运用机械设计理论,根据实际情况,选择适当的刀具、电机等来达到本设计的最终目的。

Abstract
With the requirement of people for material and cultural life level improving, people gradually to the environmental requirements are also rising, the amount of urban green building and repair quantity increased, at the same time the community on the turf machinery growing demand, driven by the high-speed development of lawn machinery industry.
This paper is a kind of semi automatic pruning machine landscape design, introduces the history and present situation of landscape trimmers. This landscape pruning machine is mainly used for large and medium-sized lawn mowing and maintenance requirements, with mechanical properties, safety performance and good quality of lawn. In this paper, the design is a key component of landscape trimmers, landscape trimmers use existing car, only to the landscape trimmer blade and transmission mechanism design and model design. Based on modern technology, combined with mechanics and aesthetics, the use of mechanical design theory, according to the actual situation, select the appropriate tool, motor to achieve the ultimate goal of this design.
