设计简介
摘 要
本题目是滑板自行车,休闲娱乐类自行车,为主要设计对象,设计出具有自行车和滑板车二者都有的功能,并且使用寿命长,容易维修,可在路面长时间行驶,安全性能高的滑板自行车。利用人体自身脚踩力作为动力来源,采用踩踏运动方式,设计出结构简单的健身踏步滑板车。滑板自行车在现今市场上依旧比较少见,其原因主要在于其市面已有结构设计部分不合理,使用的稳定性不高。至此导致市面上集滑板车和自行车优点的滑板自行车较为少见。实际应用表明,该车弥补了传统滑板车和自行车的不足,集健身、休闲、娱乐于一体,且操作方便,安全可靠,寿命长。
此次课题设计,力求设计出优于市面上的滑板车和自行车,完善滑板车和自行车的缺点,真正意义上的让滑板自行车推广出来。本次论文主要设计内容如下:
(1)通过对各个滑板自行车方案的比较,选出最优且实际可行的方案。
(2)通过对所选方案进行三维设计,以人机工程学为基础完成滑板自行车的结构设计,并根据设计构思和阐述其表现的作用。
(3)完成对滑板自行车关键零部件的分析和校核。
(4)对滑板自行车关键部件三维展示,完成整个滑板自行车的设计工作。

Abstract
This topic is sliding bicycle, recreational bicycle, as the main design object, design a bicycle and scooter two have some function, and long service life, easy to repair, be on the road a long time, high safety performance slide bicycle. By using the foot force as the power source, the stampede movements, design of fitness step scooter has simple structure.
Slide bicycle in today's market is still relatively rare, the main reason is that the market has been part of the structural design is unreasonable, the stability is not high. This result, on the market for scooter is rare. Practical application shows that, it overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional scooters and bicycles, fitness, leisure, entertainment, and the operation is convenient, safe and reliable, long life.
This topic design, and strive to design better than the market existing products, improve the scooter shortcomings, the true sense of the let slide bicycle promotion.
The main design elements are as follows:
(1)By comparing the various skateboard bicycle program, and select the best practical solution.
(2)The selected programs by three-dimensional design, with ergonomic design based on the completion of a bicycle skateboard and acts in accordance with the design concept and explaining its performance.
(3)Completion of the key parts of a bicycle skateboard materials selection and analysis of key parts stress analysis and verification.
(4)For three-dimensional display of key components bicycle skateboard, complete skateboard bicycle design.
