蓝宝石切割机设计
【摘要】本次设计是对蓝宝石切割机装置的设计。在这里主要包括:设计传动系统、设计装夹部位系统、设计切割片主轴部位系统。这次毕业设计不仅锻炼了对设计基本技能,也提高了分析和解决工程技术问题的能力,并为以后对一般机械的设计创造了一些条件。
整机结构主要由电动机产生动力通过联轴器将需要的动力传递到丝杆上,丝杆带动丝杆螺母,从而带动整机运动,提高劳动生产率和生产自动化水平。更彰显其优越性,有广大的发展前景。
本论文研究内容:
(1) 蓝宝石切割机装置总体结构设计。
(2) 蓝宝石切割机装置工作性能分析。
(3)电动机的选择。
(4) 蓝宝石切割机装置的传动系统、执行部件及机架设计。
(5)对零件进行设计后计算分析校核。
(6)绘制整机装配图及重要部件装配图和设计零件的零件图。

Sapphire cutter design
【Abstract】 This design is a sapphire cutter device design . Here include: design transmission, parts clamping system design , design cutting disc spindle parts of the system . The graduation exercise is not only the basic skills of design , but also improves the ability to analyze and solve engineering problems, and for the future of general mechanical design creates a number of conditions .
The whole structure is mainly the power generated by the electric motor power required to pass through the coupling to the screw, lead screw nut screw drive , which led to the whole exercise, improve labor productivity and production automation. But also highlight its advantages , there are broad prospects for development.
