PLC控制的振动下料机液压系统设计
摘 要
本文主要介绍了下料用机械手的设计过程,它包括了对于整个系统的工作要求和情况的分析,通过系统的工作过程确定整个液压系统的结构设计。分析整个循环过程确定系统工作原理图,根据系统参数要求选择标准的液压元件,完成液压系统的装配图。液压集成块作为现在液压系统的主要部件,液压集成块的CAD的研究与开发已为液压工程设计提供了有力支持,在对机械手液压系统集成块设计过程中,能够与实际的加工工艺相结合,并且对现在的液压集成块的CAD技术有很好的认识。

Design of Hydraulic System of Manipulator For Hardening Material Loading And Unloading
Abstract: The process of loading and unloading manipulator is designed in this paper, which includes the analysis of the request of the system and the situation, and determines the structure design of the hydraulic system by the working process of the system. Analysis of the entire process to determine the system working principle diagram, according to the hydraulic system parameters for the selection criteria, to finish the assembly diagram of hydraulic system. Hydraulic integrated block as the main components of the hydraulic system of hydraulic integrated block now, research and development of hydraulic integrated block CAD has provided a strong support of hydraulic engineering design, in the hydraulic system of the manipulator integrated block design process, can be combined with process the actual, and good knowledge of CAD technology of hydraulic integrated block now.
