设计简介
气瓶制造业在经济高速发展的现代社会中被认为属于朝阳工业范畴,气体应用技术在发达国家已经达到很高水平。复合材料气瓶在西方国家自上世纪后半叶以来得到飞速的发展,而国内对复合材料气瓶的研究和设计才刚刚起步,针对该领域开展研究具有重要的理论意义与实用价值。本文在对气瓶现有的结构、原理详细分析的基础上,通过SolidWorks软件设计了M200A气瓶的整体结构,建立了实体模型,并完成了工程图;同时参考文献资料,总结、制定了M200A气瓶的装配工艺流程,为气瓶的规范化设计提供了指导。

Abstract
Gas cylinder manufacturing industry is considered as the sun-rise industry in today¢s rapid developing society. The application technology of a gas cylinder has reached a high level in developed countries. Composite cylinder has been developing rapidly since the second half of the last century in western countries, while the study and design of composite cylinder in our country has just started. It has great theoretical significance and practical value to research in the field. In this paper, by based on the existent studies, the whole structure of the gas cylinder is designed and the solid models are built on the SolidWorks platform. Then, the engineering drawings are also completed. In the end, the assembly process is determined. It will be useful for the design standardization of the gas cylinder.
