设计简介
摘 要
米粉挤丝机是一种将大米加工成米粉条的食品加工机械设备。米粉挤丝机有多种型号,JN—A型是一种使用效果比较好的设备。我这次毕业设计的课题就是设计一种JN—A型自熟式米粉挤丝机。它的工作过程主要分为熟化和挤丝成型两个阶段。
在此次毕业设计中,分析了JN—A型自熟式米粉挤丝机的工作原理,主要完成了大带轮转速的计算,得到熟化螺旋和挤丝螺旋需要的转速。了解了设计的总体结构和主要零件的作用。熟化筒体中放有熟化螺旋起熟化作用,挤丝筒体中放有挤丝螺旋起挤丝作用,调整控制阀可以得到品质优良的米粉条。采用不同孔径的出料粉镜可以得到各种粗、细品种的米粉条。绘制了主要零件图和装配图。

Abstract
Flour machine is a kind of squeeze rice into a rice processing of the food processing machinery and equipment. Extrusion of rice flour has a wide range of machine models, JN-A type is a better use of the effect of equipment. I am the subject of this graduation project is to design a self-JN-A squeeze cooked rice machine type. It is divided into the working process of maturation and a two-stage extrusion molding silk.
