DF-300多层纸复合机组涂胶部分设计
摘 要
首先是课题的选择,我们的课题是横向来源,我们本着节约能源、减少污染的目的。通过我对设计方案的比较、选择较优的设计方案投入设计。
在这个设计中我负责机组的涂胶部分设计。在设计过程中我参考了许多有关设计的资料和前人的经验之作,设计中我就涂胶的方式,涂胶的效果,主要涂胶部件的设计,胶槽及其搅拌器的设计,纸张的导向等问题做了详细的说明。设计的重点在涂胶的部分,复合滚轧只是做了简单的介绍。

Abstract

I be responsible for the machine set's drawing the gum part design in this design, I consulted in design process many concerning design of data and the people of the past's experiences make, Design medium I draw the gluey way, Draw the gluey result, Mainly draw the design of the gum parts, The design of the gum slot and its mixer, the direction of the paper etc. the problem did the expatiation, The direction of the paper etc. the problem did the expatiation. The point of design is drawing the part of the gum, reuniting to roll the to just do the simple introduction.
Got the tutor to guide with meticulous care in this design and the help of the many people, also met not a few frustrates, I completed the design, doing to make the one self’s satisfied design contents
