摘   要
 
 石材既是人类历史上最古老的建筑材料,又是全球最具艺术价值经济价值的建筑装饰材料。随着科学技术的进步,特别是机械设备及金刚石工具在石材产业中的大量应用,使得世界石材产业迅速发展为国际化产业。对其发展中石材行加工设备扮演者不可或缺的角色。
本课题来源于大型石材磨抛机工作台,大型石材磨抛机是指对大型毛板石板进行整平、磨抛的一种高功效专业机器设备。因大型石材本身较重、运输定位难等特征导致石材磨抛必须需要一套无须搬运即可完成石材板面的磨抛设备,才可更好的完成相关抛磨工作。
本文运用大学所学知识,设计了一款磨抛机工作台,本磨抛机工作台通过龙门架结构可向X、Y、Z三个方向运动并磨抛加工。同时磨头可前后摇摆以适应特殊加工。这套磨抛机工作台可在石料板材无需搬运的情况下一次性完成磨抛加工。避免了石材加工过程中运输、翻转、定位等诸多麻烦。

Abstract
    Stone is not only the history of mankind's oldest building materials, and is the world's most artistic and economic value of building decoration materials. With the progress of science and technology, particularly mechanical equipment and diamond tools in the stone industry in the large number of applications, so that the world stone industry developed rapidly into an international industry. An integral role in its development of stone processing equipment line actor.
    The subject comes from the large stone grinding and polishing machine table, large stone grinding and polishing machine refers to a large stone wool board were flattened, a high efficiency grinding and polishing of professional equipment. Because large stone itself heavier, transportation and other features result in locating hard stone grinding and polishing must be set without the need to complete the grinding and polishing equipment handling stone plate surface, before polishing better complete the relevant work.
In this paper, the university is knowledge, we designed a grinding and polishing machine table, the table of the grinding and polishing machine gantry structure through the X, Y, Z three directions of movement and the grinding and polishing process. While grinding can swing back and forth to accommodate special processing. The case of grinding and polishing machine table in the stone plate without handling time to complete grinding and polishing process. Avoid the stone processing transport, flip, positioning, and many other problems.
