摘要
为了防止电动栏杆砸伤车辆,通常情况下用以下技术防止砸车危险,在电动栏杆上面安装有智能控制器,而该智能控制器集成了线圈检测器(VD),在栏杆下落过程中,直接读取车辆信号。一旦有车闯入线圈,则能够立即停止下落,避免砸坏车辆。相比外部线圈检测器,反馈速度更快更可靠。目前,国内电控式防砸车电动栏杆的研发也在向朝着运行高速化、功能复合化、控制智能化的方向发展,廉价,简单,方便成了电控式防砸车电动栏杆发展的主题。
本次设计在题目是一种电控式防砸车电动栏杆的设计,通过初期的制定该电动栏杆的方案,然后进行细化,对标准件例如电机、轴承进行选型计算,然后对该电动栏杆里面的关键零部件例如机架和轴等进行校核计算分析,通过这一系列的论证,从而来证明该电动栏杆的可行性和可借鉴性。

Abstract
    Machinery industry is an important industry of a country, the development of the machinery industry has been affecting the development of the national economy, human's progress can not be separated from the development of the mechanical industry. In the global economic development environment, China's various industries are affected by the advanced technology of other countries at the same time, more and more foreign enterprises and brand spread to China has become a reality. In the promotion of the new market demand, the production line of the car ferry for improvement and optimization is a pressing matter of the moment. Production line ferry car enterprises must give full consideration to the problems that may arise in the production line ferry car running, try to make the automation of production line car ferry, the higher the better, so as to reduce the time of manual handling products, domestic production line ferry car research and manufacturing to and call for a global, economic, safe and stable theme consistent. At present, the research and development of domestic production line ferry car also to toward high-speed operation, multiple functions, control the direction of the development of intelligent, cheap, simple and convenient to the theme of the production line ferry car development.
  This design topic is ferry car production line design, through the early establishment of the ferry car scheme and refinement, of standard parts such as bearing motors and made the selection and calculation, then on the ferry car key parts such as the frame and the axle and checking calculation and finite element analysis, through this a series of proof to prove the feasibility of this production line, the swing car and reference.
