摘要
生产线皮带运输机作为运输机的一种,在各大型公司应用得十分普遍,但传统的生产线皮带运输机控制系统的控制采用执行功能单一的单片机控制系统控制,当皮带运输机上面的产品需要多元化控制,例如随输送线前进指定的距离,然后后退指定的距离,对于这种多元化的控制,单片机系统与PLC控制系统相比,还是存在很多不足。PLC控制系统相对于单片机控制系统来,更加多地是体现在智能化控制方面,操作人员只需要按下一个功能按钮,就可以使通过PLC控制程序中的相应的功能一一实现,灵活,智能化是当今生产线皮带运输机控制系统迫切需要解决的问题。本文研究的这个系统的控制是采用PLC的编程语言----梯形图,梯形语言是可编程控制器中的应用最广的语言,因为它在继电器的基础上增加了许多功能,指令清晰明白,使逻辑关系清晰直观,编程容易,可读性强,所实现的功能也大大超过传统的继电器控制电路,可编程控制器是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,性能优越,可以适应恶劣的生产环境。其采用的是可编程序存储器,用于内部的存储执行逻辑运算,顺序控制,定时,计数及算术等操作的指令,并且选用数字式,模拟式的输入与输出,控制合式各样的机械或生产的过程。

Abstract
Production line conveyor belt as a kind of transport, in the large company used very common, but traditional production line conveyor belt control system control the executive function of single chip control system control, when above the conveyor belt products need multiple control, such as with the conveyor line along a specified distance, and then back a specified distance, for such a wide range of control, compared to the single chip microcomputer system and PLC control system, there is still many problems. PLC control system compared with the one chip computer control system, more and more is reflected in intelligent control. The operator only need to press a button, you can make through the PLC control program in the corresponding function come true one by one, flexible, intelligent is today's production line of skin belt conveyor control system is an urgent need to solve problems.
In this paper, we study the system of control is the use of PLC programming languages - ladder, the ladder language is of the programmable controller is the most widely used language, because it in the relay based on the increase in the number of functions and instructions clear, logical relationship clear and intuitive, programming easy, readability is strong, the realization of the function greatly exceeded that of the traditional relay control circuit, programmable controller is a digital computing operation of electronic systems, good performance, can use in the harsh environment. It uses programmable memory used in internal storage implementation of the logical, sequential control, timing, counting and arithmetic operations such as instruction, and using the digital, analog input and output, control all kinds of machinery or production process.
