螺旋式斩拌机设计
摘要:本文论述了肉类加工机械—斩拌机的用途,工作原理,主要技术参数,传动系统,典型零件的结构设计等。随着国民经济的提高和人民生活水平的提高,人们对食品的要求也随之提高,不仅仅是要求吃饱,而且要求吃得有营养。根据大家的要求,现在的食品已经朝着营养、绿色、方便等功能食品主流发展,而螺旋式斩拌机即是这些食品加工的设备之一。螺旋式斩拌机是应用于食品加工中用于将去皮、去骨的肉块斩成肉糜,并将同时渗入的调味品及其它配料一起斩拌的机械设备。螺旋式斩拌机的出现不仅减少了劳动力提高了食品加工的效率,更重要的是也保证了食品的卫生和营养。该课题来源于生活,对我们综合大学所学的课程,理论联系实际,进行独立的设计实践,培养设计能力、实践能力和创新能力具有重要的意义。

The Design on Spiral Cutting Machine
Abstract:In this paper, it states meat processing machines - meat grinder application, principle, main technical parameters, the transmission system, the structural design of typical parts and so on. As the national economy and people's living standards improve, people also will increase food demand, not only demanding enough to eat, but also eating nutritious requirements. According to the demands of everyone, and now the food has been toward to nutrition, green, convenient mainstream functional food development, spiral cutter is one of these food processing equipments. Spiral cutter is the equipment which is used in food processing for the skin, boneless pieces made minced meat, and also infiltrated with spices and other ingredients. The appearance of Spiral cutter is not only reduced the labor force to improve the efficiency of food processing, more importantly, also ensure the health and nutrition of food. The subject is from life, which is of great significance for us to learn universities courses, theory with practicing, an independent design process, training design ability, practical ability and innovative ability.
