摘要
    汽车的诞生已有100多年的历史,伴随着近年来科技的不断发展,汽车技术的发展也不断加快。如今,汽车已经是一种非常普遍的交通工具。电动汽车是以电力为原始动力源,以电控代替机械传动,用控制电机转速的方式改变车速的无轨车辆的一种。虽然,国内外对电动汽车的研究进行的如火如荼,国家也投入巨资对电动汽车进行研究。但是,国内外目前研究的方向基本都指向市场化电动汽车,而由于煤矿井下的条件的特殊性,将电动汽车应用于井下可以减小井下的污染、提高安全性能,让电动汽车服务于煤矿的井下与井上的辅助运输生产中。
目前市面上的电动防爆胶轮车大多都是采用传统的结构,在某些特定的区域,这种结构形式的电动防爆胶轮车非常不受欢迎。由于以往的电动防爆胶轮车采用传统的结构形式,这样就造成传动精度不好控制,保养维护费用较高;同时存在一定的安全隐患。因此,对整车的安全性要求较高,车辆行走时也会给工作人员带来强烈的震动,使得机动车驾驶员很不舒服。虽然传通的电动防爆胶轮车精度较高,质量较好,但是价格也较昂贵,对于一般的用户难以接受。所以研究一种新式的电动防爆胶轮车势在必行!
本文介绍了电动防爆胶轮车的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,以及对其结构进行创新设计,该电动防爆胶轮车的优点是传动链短、效率高、易于井下煤炭作业、使用和维护都很方便,较适合在恶劣的环境下工作。

 Abstract
 
    The car had been born 100 years of history, along with the continuous development of science and technology in recent years, the development of automobile technology is also accelerating. Now, the car is a very popular means of transportation. The electric car is electric power as the power source, to electronic instead of mechanical transmission with the motor speed control mode to change the speed of a trackless vehicle. Although the domestic and foreign research of the electric vehicle and the like a raging fire, countries have also invested heavily in research on electric vehicles. But the direction of the current research at home and abroad basically point to market electric cars, and due to the special conditions of the mine, electric vehicle application in underground can reduction under the slim pollution, improve safety performance, make electric car service in the downhole and well of coal mine auxiliary transportation production.
    Currently on the market of electric explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle are mostly using the traditional structure, in certain areas, the structural form of the electric explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle very unpopular. Due to the previous electric explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle uses the traditional structure, thus resulting in poor control of the transmission accuracy and maintenance cost is higher, and there are some security risks. Therefore, the safety requirements of the vehicle is higher, when the vehicle will give a strong shock to the staff, making the vehicle driver is very uncomfortable. Although the transmission through the electric explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle with higher precision, better quality, but the price is more expensive, for the general user to accept. So the study of a new imperative electric explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle!
    This paper introduces the electric explosion proof rubber tyred vehicle structure composition, working principle and main parts design must have the theoretic calculation and strength check, and to carry out innovative design of the structure, the advantages of the electric explosion proof rubber tyred vehicle is short drive chain, high efficiency, easy to underground coal operation, use and maintenance of very convenient, is suitable for work in the harsh environment.
