摘要
减速器是原动机和工作机之间独立的闭式机械传动装置。用来降低原动机转速或增大转矩,以满足工作机的需要。由于减速器具有结构紧凑,传动效率高,传动准确可靠,使用维护方便等优点,故在工矿企业及运输,建筑等部门中运用极为广泛。
本文研究了减速器箱体的固有频率、主振型等方面,并且利用有限元对减速器箱体模型进行了模态分析,从而得到了减速器箱体的振型和固有频率,最后讨论了箱壁厚度对减速器箱体结构固有特性的影响,并用三维PROE软件对该减速器箱体进行了三维建模和有限元分析。

Abstract
The speed reducer is a closed mechanical transmission of the prime mover and work machine device. To reduce the original motivation to speed or torque, in order to meet the needs of working machine. The speed reducer has the advantages of compact structure, high transmission efficiency, accurate and reliable transmission, easy operation and convenient maintenance, so in the industrial and mining enterprises and transportation, construction and other departments in the widely used.
Is studied in this paper deceleration box of natural frequency and main vibration type, and the use of finite element modal analysis of the reducer box model, so as to get the gear box vibration mode and natural frequency, finally discusses the box wall thickness of the reduction box structure inherent characteristics and using 3-D proe software of the reducer box were 3D modeling and finite element analysis.
