品种盐包装生产线（斗式提升机）设计
【摘要】  斗式提升机是一种垂直或倾斜度很大的输送块料、颗粒、或粉状物料的设备，在农业机械，粮库和粮油工业中得到广泛使用。斗式提升机具有输送能力大，提升高度高，占地面积小等特点。此次设计的斗式提升机在品种盐包装生产线中将食用和非食用原料盐分别提升至13.5m层高度的卧式混料机里缓冲存料。此次斗式提升机设计，包括了对斗式提升机的结构、传动方案、提升方案的设计。对于斗式提升机结构部分，先分析斗式提升机的工作要求，然后选择一个合理的方案。对于传统系统部分，先选择一个合理的传动方案，然后对各传动部件进行设计校核。对于提升结构部分，选择一个合理的方案，然后进行设计。

Varieties Of Salt Packaging Production Line（Bucket Elevator）Design

【Abstract】   Bucket type lifting machine is a vertical or inclined conveying of large block，granular or powdery materials，equipment，in agriculture machinery，grain and oil industry are widely used．The design of bucket elevator in varieties of salt packaging production line of edible and non-edible raw materials in salt are upgrading to 13.5m layer height horizontal mixer in buffer storage．The design of bucket elevator，includes a pair of bucket elevator structure，transmission scheme，lifting scheme design．The bucket type lifting machine structure，the first analysis of bucket elevator work requirements，and then select a reasonable design. For the traditional system，select a reasonable transmission，and then all of the transmission parts design．To improve the structure section，select a reasonable design，and design．
