摘  要

主要运用了液压缸的原理。本设计可以方便的切开六角螺母，以手动的人力来提供动力，所以尤其适合于野外作业，并且本产品切割的六角螺母切口平整基本无毛刺。本螺母破拆器可以实现 宽度在螺母规格M10-M68、重量G<20kg工作力F<1000N的六角螺母的拆卸，使用起来快速方便安全。本设计广泛运用于变电所，供电局，工厂，建筑工程以及广大电力行业接、裝电力线路的六角螺母的切断。

ABSTRACT

The main use of the principle of hydraulic cylinder. This design can easily cut the six angle nut, manually by human to provide power, so it is especially suitable for field operation, and the product is cutting six corner section is smooth without burr. The cutting machine can realize the width at the nut specifications M10-M68, weight G<20kg work force F<1000N six angle nut disassembly, convenient and safe use of fast. The design is widely used in the substations, power supply bureau, factories, construction as well as the vast majority of the power industry, power line connected with the six corner cutting.
