喷浆机械手的研究与设计

摘    要

喷浆机技术在我国自五十年代起就开始研究使用，并推广到建筑、矿工等各个领域。我国的喷浆机技术已经达到相当高的一个水平，机械化程度已经很高。
本说明书对于喷浆机的主要设计要求是其机械化程度的提高，即对喷浆机械手的研究与设计以及对其控制系统的使用和设计，所以针对机械手和液压控制系统进行了分析设计。在已有的喷浆机械手基础上，设法进行改进，以便达到更高的机械化程度。由于本次设计中可能发生疏忽，导致错误发生，恳请老师批评指正。

RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF SHOTCRETE ROBOT

Abstract

The technology of machine of whitewashing began to be studied and used since the fifties in our country, and popularize to each fields, such as building, miner, etc.. The whitewashing technology of machine of our country has already reached a quite high level, the mechanized degree has been already very high.
The main designing requirement to the whitewashing machine of this manual is the improvement of its mechanized degree, Namely the design and use and design of its control system of the manipulator of machine of whitewashing. So I have analysed and designs to the manipulator and hydraulic pressure control system. Go on and improve to whitewashing machine who others design, in order to reaching high mechanized degree. Because neglect in this design, may lead to the fact that the mistake happens, earnestly ask the teacher to make a comment
