设计简介
摘要
此次设计的朝鲜冷面机,朝鲜冷面机可生产牛筋面,朝鲜面,热干面,四川麻辣面,冷面,凉面,泡泡面,担担面等多种花样,凉拌、烹调均可。朝鲜冷面是近年来新兴起的一种风味小吃。生产的自熟式多功能牛筋面机,无需外界加热,就能使各种面粉自熟。
本文对朝鲜冷面机进行设计,主要完成机械结构部分设计。整机结构主要由电动机产生动力将需要的动力传递到带轮上,然后通过带轮传递到带轮,通过小齿轮再过渡到卷双联齿轮上,双联齿轮轴上装有面筒机构。同时本文对该方案朝鲜冷面机关键零部件设计过程进行了详细阐述,其主要内容包括系统总体方案的设计、电动机的选择、执行机构的设计、传动零部件的设计、轴的设计与校核以及轴承的选择等。
