设计简介
摘 要
本实用节源型雨伞甩干装置主要用于各学校、宾馆、大型商城等地方的门口处,也可以作为家用。这几年来,国内外学者围绕这一问题做了许多的研究和发明,但与实际投入使用有一定的差距,特别是在成本控制和实用性方面。譬如靠电机提供动力的离心式甩干桶,虽然为甩干提供了足够的动力,但同时它的转速过于强大,易造成雨伞的精细部件弯折,使雨伞骨架受到损害,而且这种甩干桶需要依赖电力驱动,使之使用场所受到了限制,电力的消耗也使人们望之却步,非常不利于市场的发展和推广。
本文集中研究了一种雨伞甩干装置,为防止雨伞上滴落的水在瓷砖上造成湿滑以及使室内整洁遭到破坏。该装置结构包括传动装置部分的设计和甩干桶部分的设计,目的是为了让结构简单易使用且节能环保。全文分七个部分,涉及到目的和背景,传动部分的设计计算,传动部分的校核,轴承及润滑的选用,密封等。

Abstract
The utility source saving type umbrella drying device is mainly used for the entrance of the supermarkets, schools, hotels and other places, this year, domestic and foreign scholars on thisissue did a lot of research and invention, but with the actual use of inputs have a certain gap,especially in terms of cost control, and practicality. For example by a motor to provide power of centrifugal dryer, although for drying provides enough power, but at the same time, its speed is too strong, is easy to cause the umbrella of fine bending component, umbrella frame damage, and the rejection dry cask depend on electricity driven, to make use of premises is limited, power consumption also make people prohibitive, is not conducive to market development and promotion.
This paper focuses on the research of a kind of umbrella drying device, to prevent the umbrella dripped water ceramic tile caused by slippery and keep the room clean is destroyed. The device structure includes the design of the transmission device part and the part of the drying drum, the purpose is to make the structure simple and easy to use and the energy saving and environmental protection. The full text is divided into eight parts, related to the purpose and background, the transmission part of the design calculation, the drive part of the check, bearing and lubrication selection, sealing, etc.
