设计简介
CK6150机床主要部件有:主轴箱、刀架、尾座、进给箱、溜板箱以及床身。本设计主要针对CK6150机床的主轴箱进行设计。机床主轴箱是一个比较复杂的传动部件。设计的内容主要包括确定机床的主要参数,拟定传动方案和传动系统图,计算和校核了主要零部件,并且利用专业制图软件进行了零件的设计和处理。
数控是先进制造技术的基础技术。数控加工在现代化生产中显示出很大的优越性。对于现代制造业,数控机床非常适合那些形状复杂、精密和批量小的零件,而一般的普通机床根本无法满足这个要求。现代的数控机床其突出的优点是可以进行高精度加工和多样化加工,完全可以取代其他的加工方法。

This design mainly aims at the headstock of the CK6150 machine tool .The headstock of machine tool is a quite complex transmission part. The design content mainly includes determines the machine tools main parameter, Draws up the transmission plan and the transmission scheme, Calculated and examined the main spare part,And used specialized charting software to carry on the components design and processing.
NC advanced manufacturing technology is the basis of technology. NC in the modernization of production showed great superiority. To the modern manufacturing, numerical control machine tools suitable for those who shape very complex, sophisticated and small quantities of parts, And general machine tools simply can not meet this requirement. Modern CNC machine tools highlight the advantages of high-precision processing can be carried out and diversification of processing, can replace the other processing methods.
