摘  要
随着我国机械制造业向高速度、高精度、高智能的方向飞速发展,提高工产品质量、降低生产成本和提升生产效率成为制造业的发展的重要目标伴随着能加工高硬度材料刀具技术的发展,高速高精度数控铣床在模具加工中的应用越来越广泛。同时,雕刻技术也在不断发展,由非金属材料的一般雕刻转向精密雕刻。随着模具形状越来越复杂,如微细复杂型腔、花绞或图案型腔和大量高光洁面,此时加工要求刀具半径越来越小,切削速度越来越高,表面质量高等。因此出现了将模具铣削和三维雕刻结合起来的技术,形成了高速高精度雕铣机。本文中主要对雕铣机刀具高速旋转驱动机构进行了设计,基本上满足了刀具高速旋转的要求。本文主要分为四个部分:
(1)第一部分主要介绍了雕铣机的结构组成及特点,高速雕铣机的研究现状及发展趋势,和电主轴技术及其发展的概述;
(2)第二部分概括了雕铣机刀具高速旋转驱动机构的设计要求,以及该机构的总体方案设计;
(3)第三部分对雕铣机刀具高速旋转驱动机构的传动部件进行了计算以及选择,主要包括铣削力的计算、电主轴的计算及选择,电主轴驱动器-变频器的选择,以及与电主轴和刀具相连接的刀具夹头的选择;
(4)第四部分对雕铣机刀具高速旋转驱动机构的重要部件进行了设计,主要包括主轴座装配体、主轴箱组件、以及整个机构的装配等。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's machinery manufacturing industry to high-speed, high-precision, highly intelligent direction , improving work product quality, reduce production costs and improve production efficiency has become an important target for the development of the manufacturing process can be accompanied by high hardness materials tool technology development and application of high-speed precision CNC milling mold more and more widely . At the same time , technology is constantly evolving sculpture , carved by the general steering precision engraving non-metallic materials . With more and more complex mold shapes , such as fine complex cavity , flower pattern cutter or a large cavity and high light cleansing , then the tool radius smaller processing requirements , more and more high cutting speed , surface quality higher . So there has been a three-dimensional mold milling and engraving technology combine to form a high-speed high-precision milling machine carving . This article is mainly for high-speed engraving and milling machine tool rotary drive mechanism was designed , basically meet the requirements of high-speed rotary tool . This paper is divided into four parts:
( 1 ) The first part describes the structure of the composition and characteristics of engraving and milling machine , research status and development trend of high-speed engraving and milling machine , and an overview of spindle technology and its development ;
( 2 ) The second part outlines the design requirements for high-speed engraving and milling machine tool rotary drive mechanism , as well as the agency's overall program design ;
( 3 ) The third part of the transmission parts high-speed engraving and milling machine tool rotary drive mechanism and selection were calculated , including the calculation of the milling force calculation and choice spindle , electric spindle drive - drive selection , as well as electrical select the spindle and tool connecting tool chuck ;
( 4 ) The fourth part of the important parts of the high-speed engraving and milling machine tool rotary drive mechanism was designed seat assembly includes a spindle , spindle box components, and assembly of the entire organization .
