摘  要
 
我们这次设计的目的是设计出一套能够生产高质量多层纸复合机组的机械设备,我的设计内容是多层纸复合机组印刷部分设计。本文的主要设计思路是,电机通过链传动将动力传递给压印滚筒,压印滚筒通过斜齿轮将动力传递给两边的印刷滚筒;而油墨滚筒的动力是由印刷滚筒带动斜齿轮传递的。本文主要分电机的选择、电机链轮的设计、滚筒齿轮和滚筒体的设计、递纸辊子的选择、压力机构的设计以及支架的设计等几部分。通过实现自动化制纸来减少工人劳动强度,节约人力资源来提高生产率。
