高速电梯液压主动导靴设计
摘 要
随着土木工程技术的进步和多功能大楼的大量需求,对于大都市日益紧张的空间短缺,高层建筑已经不可或缺。而高层建筑的使用离不开电梯这一运输工具,对于电梯速度等各项性能和技术指标也在不断的提高本次毕业设计课题针对高速电梯在运行过程中所出现的电梯水平振动所导致使用寿命、安全要求及舒适性的一些问题,采用国际上已存有而国内正处于起步阶段的一些设计思路与应用,对其作为设计的内容;设计一种电梯液压主动导靴,以实现电梯水平振动的主动减振。电梯振动的主要原因在于电梯导轨的直线度和导轨间的平行度误差。通过减振来使得电梯的振动减小到安全工作范围与人体敏感振动频率范围的许可标注。导靴采用液压作动器,液压主动力的大小的改变通过高速开关阀这一新型液压控制阀进行调节。设计液压系统装置和管路,并计算压力值从而对液压元件进行标准件的选型。本设计课题避开国外专利,研究电梯液压主动导靴,实现高速电梯的水平振动主动控制,对国内电梯行业的发展将具有重要的意义。

Design of Hydraulic Active Guide Roller System for High-speed elevators
ABSTRACT
With the advances in civil engineering technology and multi-building highdemand, high-rise buildings is an essential symbol of city. The use of high-rise buildings without elevators that transport for the elevator speed and other performance and technicalindicators are constantly improved.The graduation project for high-speed elevator that occurred during the operation caused by the vibration envelope life, safety and comfort requirements of some of the problems, there has been the use of international and domestic is in its infancy some design ideas and applications, As the design of its contents; initiative to design a hydraulic elevator guide roller, in order to achieve the level of the elevator active vibration damping. Elevator elevator guide rail vibration is largely due to the straightness and parallelism error between the rails. Via the vibration damping to make the elevator to a safe operating range and reduces the body vibration frequency range permits sensitive label.Guide roller hydraulic actuators, hydraulic active force to change the size of this new high-speed switching valve to adjust the hydraulic control valve. Design hydraulic systems equipment and piping, and pressure to calculate the hydraulic components of standard parts selection.The design issues to avoid foreign patents, research active hydraulic elevator guide roller, the level of high-speed elevator active vibration control, the domestic elevator industry will be of great.
