摘要
钢坯火焰清理(searfing of billet)利用高温火焰的气割和熔除作用将钢坯表面缺陷烧除。在钠坯生产中，它是保证钢坯质量的重要工序。火焰清理是一种生产率高、成本低的表面清理方法。用火焰清理1t钢坯的成本比用风铲清理便宜一半以上，为砂轮磨削的十分之一。清理速度比风铲高10 ~15倍，广泛用于碳钢、低合金钢及部分合金钢的清理。火焰清理有人工清理和机械清理，可进行在线热清理及钢坯冷却后的补充清理。人工火焰清理通常用作钢坯的冷清理，但对于一些导热性差的高碳钢及合金钢钢坯，一般不适用于常温清理，通常在钢坯未冷却到150~300°C之前进行人工抢温清理。(人工火焰清理的工具为带引火器的火焰枪，清理时喷嘴在钢坯表面上 移动速度为6~9m/min)。
