设计简介
摘要
多轴钻床是一种孔加工的机床,它被广泛用于加工多孔工件。多轴钻床在生产中的应用,解决了普通钻床加工多孔工件时逐孔加工浪费时间和人力这两个重要问题。在本设计中,设计的多轴钻床为轮辐螺栓孔加工机床,属于专用机床。
本设计主要解决了多轴钻床加工过程中的两大主要问题:工件和刀具之间的定位问题和刀具导向问题。为了解决上述两大难题,设计中采用合理的钻模板和定位装置对工件合理定位,从而完成扩孔加工,同时也讨论了多轴钻床的总体设计问题,给出了总体设计方案,其中包括刀具与工件的与运动方式设计,对机床各个部件的功能和作用进行具体的阐述并提出技术要求,从而使工件被加工后达到设计要求。
本文针对一般钻床上述种种缺点及加工对象的具体情况设计一台轮辐专用八轴钻床,包括总体设计,导轨的设计,动力部件的设计和底座的设计,力求达到满足性能要求,经济效益等技术经济指标,以满足使用要求。

Abstract
Drilling machine of six axles is the tool machine that a kind of bore process, it is used for processing many bore work pieces extensively. Drilling machine of six axles in the application in the production, resolving the commonness to drill the bed to process many a hour of the bore work to pursue the bore to process the wave to take a lot of time and these two important problems of artificial In this design, many stalks of the design drill the bed to process the tool machine for Spoke of a wheel stud bolt bore, belonging to the appropriation tool machine.
Introduced many stalks to drill the history development circumstance that method and many stalkses that the bed carry on bore’s process drills the bed to process first in chapter of behind, still introduced many stalks to drill the characteristics that bed process, mainly introduced many stalks to drill the bed to process the two greatest problems in the processes:Fixed position problem and a direction of knife problems between the work piece and the knife. Owing to the variety disadvantages of the ordinary drilling machine, this article presents a new design of eight-axles drilling machine and includes the design of whole; the design of track as well as the design of basis. It is designed based on the specific information of the object. We try our bests to make it satisfies the performance demands as well as other index such as economic efficiency and relation between human and machines
