设计简介
摘 要
本设计主要完成了基于AT89S51单片机控制的数据采集系统的硬件电路的设计。
本系统的硬件设计主要包括：多路转换开关及前置放大电路的设计，采样保持电路的设计，模数转换电路的设计，PC机通信的技术，键盘和显示的设计，系统电源的设计。多路转换开关及前置放大电路的设计中重点介绍了多路开关的选择、AD521放大倍数的计算以及多路开关CD4051和放大器AD521硬件连接电路。采样保持电路的设计中重点介绍了采样保持电路的原理和主要参数以及采样保持器的选择和连接电路。模数转换电路的设计中重点介绍了系统A/D通道的选择和A/D转换器的各项误差分析以及A/D转换器AD574的介绍、输入方式和连接电路。单片机与pc机通信主要是利用MAX232单芯片RC-232标准的接口通信电路。键盘和显示的设计采用八个独立键盘并通过串行通信的方式传输到12864中并显示。电源部分的设计通过采用2*6V的变压器对220V的输入交流电进行降压，经二极管全波整流，通过三端稳压器的稳压，输出5V直流电压，利用555时基电路输出
15V的双电源电压。

Multi-channel data acquisition system development
ABSTRACT
The design completes the hardware design of data acquisition system that it bases on the control of AT89S51 microcontroller.
This system hardware design includes: multiplexer switch and preamplifier circuit design, sampling keep circuit design, the design of the circuit module conversion, the PC communication technology, the keyboard and display design, the design of the power system. The multiplexer switch and preamplifier circuit design focuses on introducing the multiple switch choice, AD521 magnification calculation and multiple switch CD4051 and amplifier AD521 hardware connection circuit. Sampling keep circuit design of mainly introduced in sampling keeping circuit principle and main parameters and implement the choice and sampling keep connection circuit. The design of the circuit module conversion introduced the system A/D channel selection and A/D converter and the error analysis of the A/D converter AD574 introduction, input methods and connection circuit. SCM and PC communication is use of a MAX232 single-chip composed of RC-232 standard interface communication circuit. Keyboard and display design with eight separate keyboard and through serial communication mode to 12864 and display. The power of design by the use of the 2*6V transformer to step-down the input AC 220V.And output 5V DC voltage by the diode full-wave rectifier, three-terminal voltage stabilizer voltage stabilizing.，The use of the 555 output 15V dual-supply voltage.
