摘要

电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物。也有台阶式,踏步板装在履带上连续运行,俗称自动电梯。 服务于规定楼层的固定式升降设备。它具有一个轿厢,运行在至少两列垂直的或倾斜角小于15°的刚性导轨之间。轿厢尺寸与结构形式便于乘客出入或装卸货物。
此次电梯设计包括轿厢设计、配重系统设计、传动系统设计、门禁系统设计、控制系统设计等。此次电梯设计针对已修建完毕的多层建筑,为低速电梯,要求经济适用、造型美观、节能先进,且尽可能少破坏墙体。电机通过联轴器连接蜗轮蜗杆减速器,蜗轮蜗杆减速器双输出轴通过锥齿轮改变传动方向使圆柱齿轮沿齿条上下运动,从而带动电梯上下运动,并用配重块抵消轿厢、电机、减速器等机构的自重,降低电机功率。齿条安装在工字钢导轨的凹槽中。在门洞处建与门洞等高的支撑平台,便于电梯的日常维护保养,层站设置在层与层之间。
