摘要
由于我国的汽车迅速发展,汽车产量很大,汽车成为城市生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分,也是反应城市水平的一个主要形象窗口。因此对于出租车开门器的研究就显得很是重要。论文主要研究出租车开门器的工作原理,设计方法及用CATIA来对出租车开门器进行运动仿真。
本文首先分析出租车开门器的结构及三个机构:手控机构、信号传递机构、开门执行机构的工作原理,并列举了开门器零件明细表、开门器外协作出现问题。
然后根据所给出租车参数设计出开门器,包括其中的手控机构、信号传递机构、开门执行机构,并对每一个零件进行参数化设计,用CATIA对各个零件进行建模。
将各个机构的零件装配在一起,并用CATIA的DMU模块对开门执行机构进行运动仿真。本文介绍了整个建模及运动仿真的过程。

THE RENTAL DOOR OPENING MACHINE DESIGN
Abstract
Because automobile rapid development of automobile in our country ,and the automobile output is enormous, the automobile becomes the indispensable important constituent in the city life, also is reflecting the city level a main vivid window. Therefore the rental door opening machine research becomes very important.The paper mainly studies principle of the rental door opening machine, the design method and to carry on the movement simulation of the rental door opening machine with CATIA.
First analyzes the structure of the rental door opening machine and the principle of three organizations: The manually controlled organization, the signal transmission organization, the door opening implementing agency , and enumerated detailed list specifications of the rental door opening machine components , and the problem of the rental door opening machine’s external cooperation.
Then based on parameter of the rental to design door opening machine, including the manually controlled organization, the signal transmission organization, the door opening implementing agency , and carries on the parameter design to each components, carries on the modelling with CATIA to each components.
Finally created the rental door opening machine components model with CATIA, assembles each organization together, created the rental door opening machine movement simulation. This article introduced the entire modelling and the movement simulation process.
