摘　　要

 
横截双圆半自动锯片机（切削小木块用）在国外应用相当广泛。此圆锯机相关技术在国外木材加工行业已经相当完善，但在国内处于刚刚起步阶段。小木块平地能解决城市绿化的死角。
本文简要的介绍了横截双圆半自动锯片机发展现状和趋势，分析了国内同类锯机的特点，说明了其特点和使用范围。通过对几种同类产品的分析比较，制定了横截双圆半自动锯片机的总体布局和结构方案和电机选择等。同时，还进行了皮带、带轮和轴的设计计算与校核。
本文以结构设计为主。
