设计简介
摘要
针对目前环卫、保洁人员劳动强度大,效率低下,工作时间长等问题,而目前市场上没有出现比较成熟、实用的适合环卫工人使用的产品,我们设计了一种实用、简便的电动手推式扫地车。该扫地车可以对路面,广场等较平坦的场地进行快速,高效的清扫,而且不需要其它动力,具有较强的适应性。我们在车上设计一个多排毛刷的滚筒配合一个大半个圆的弧形铲子可以将垃圾迅速扫起,只需扫地车前进这一个动作即可实现对地面垃圾的收集清扫工作。垃圾车上还设计有移动滑块可实现调节万向轮的高度,同时控制滚筒与地面离合两个动作,可以使扫地车在不清扫时使滚筒离地同时关闭电源实现滚筒和带轮离合,这样方便使用者在不用的时候轻松移动扫地车。车轮上还有万向轮的调高,可随意的后退而不带到垃圾,实现多次清扫。而在垃圾特别多的时候,车上的压缩装置可以增加扫地车的装载量,进行更持久的清扫。【关键词】:电动手推式扫地车、滚筒、毛刷、万向轮、离合
Abstract
In view of the present environmental sanitation, cleaning personnel labor intensity and low efficiency, working longer hours, and did not appear on the market at present relatively mature and practical for the sanitation workers use products, we designed a kind of practical and simple electric hands-on push type sweeping car. This car can sweep of road, square, etc are flat area for rapid, efficient cleaning, and don't need other power, and has strong adaptability. We in the car design a multi brush roller with a shovel half a round arc can be quickly sweep case, just garbage into this action sweep front on the ground can be realized litter collection cleaning work. Junk car also design a move the thumb can adjust the height, castor wheels and the control of roller and ground clutch two action, can make sweeping the floor when the car in the drum is not cleaning off the power from the ground and realize the cylinder and the pulleys clutch, so convenient users when not relaxed shift in sweep car. Wheel and wanxianglun tuning is high, can optional back and not to waste, realize repeatedly sweep. And when the garbage much more special, the compression devices can increase the loading capacity, sweep car for more lasting sweep.【Key words】: Electric car, hands-on push type sweeping drum, brush, universal wheel, clutch
