摘 要:随着红枣市场的进一步拓展,红枣已经成为提升农村经济、增加农民收入的支柱性产业的一部分。红枣的生产近年来逐渐向着基地化、规模化、产业化方向发展。红枣产业化及产业化过程中的关键技术列为优先发展主题及重大技术专项,而红枣分级分选技术是其产业化过程中进行流通、贮藏保鲜、深加工、提高产品档次和附加值的关键技术之一。 通过对红枣外形尺寸的测量和统计,利用 MATLAB 图像处理技术对红枣腰径截面的轮廓进行特征分析,确定红枣按腰径分级的合理性,并以此为依据制定相关的分级检测方法;对红枣在分级滚筒中的导向及运动情况做受力分析,为喂料装置、导向机构方案的设计及红枣分级机的整体设计和相关参数的选择提供更加合理的理论依据。针对国内红枣分级机的现状,提出一种滚筒式红枣分级机,该机中分级滚筒是分级环以并排的方式构成,利用各分级环之间的间隙与红枣腰径方向尺寸的间距差实现分级。本研究阐述了分级机结构本品用新型的大枣分级机,包括从前向后一次安装在机架上的进料斗、提升进料装置和用于输送及多几分选的双工位滚杠链带,机架后端设有电控箱和用于整机动力驱动的调速电机;双工位滚杠链带的上部侧下方设有若干个多级出料的分级出料装置,双工位滚杠链带的上部后端的侧下方设有分级末端特技出料的终端出料装置,机架上部位于双工位滚杠链带左右两侧设有用于调节分级出料的悬挂阶梯可调装置。本实用新型的有益效果是,生产效率高,无污染,生产产品质量精度高且能够对大枣无损害机械分级处理。
