设计简介
摘 要
和面机的实质作用就是进行水和面粉的搅拌混合,主要用于年糕、饺子皮、蛋糕、膨化食品、面条、馄饨皮等面食的加工,揉面团的好坏直接影响了面食的口感。本设计中和面机采用双叶片搅拌,和面容量为10kg,适合调制各种面团,搅拌装置选择了双叶片搅拌器,由主电机带动带轮,通过齿轮减速传动给搅拌轴。和面完成后打开步进电机,方便取出面团。本和面机结构简单,用途广泛,大到农村人家打年糕,小到三口之家包饺子。

Abstract
Mixer is the essence of the action of water and flour, mixing is mainly used for rice cake, the wrappers, cakes, puffed food, noodles, wonton skins, such as pasta processing, knead the dough quality directly affect the taste of the pasta.In this design, including the working principle of mixer, its parts design and the technical requirements for design of mixer, and the detailed design and 10 kg/mixer, including mixing device, transmission system, feeding system and draw the mixer equipment assembly diagram, parts diagram and component diagram.Design model with double mixing blades, a powder capacity of 10 kg, suitable for all kinds of modulation dough.The reference to the design process and T - 66 type horizontal mixer, mainly characterized by mixing system chose double vane stirrer;Mixing system chooses three-phase asynchronous motor speed reducer, with belt wheel and two stage gear transmission;Choose stepper motor speed reducer, double cylinder system adopts with worm gear and worm drive and gear transmission.Mixer has simple structure, wide range of USES, big to the somebody else dozen rice cakes in the countryside, small to a family of three pack dumpling.
