设计简介
摘 要
本文是介绍铝合金板抓具的设计过程的说明书。本文对大板锭抓具的设计原理，基本结构和特点，对机械和四连杆结构的设计，机械的维护等方面做了较为详细的介绍。本文共分三个部分，第一部分为总体设计，主要包括设计的基本原理，方案比较，部件设计等。第二部分为技术设计，主要是有关四连杆机构的计算，刚度强度校核等。第三是操作的注意事项和维护保养。

Abstract
This paper is the directions which introduce the design process of a grap machine.it expounds the design tenet ,basic composition and characlteristic of the grap machine.There are there parts of this paper ,the fist part is about the majer desigen,basic composition,contrast program .the secend part is about the design of technology,this parts includes the calulation of the grap .the correct of the differents and intensity of the axle ,the third,the machine of operating and maintenance.
