小型多功能辘线机的设计
摘要
小型多功能辘线机在企业的生产中起着非常重要的作用。辘线机分手动辘线机和电动辘线机，本设计的主要功能是实现各类板材的压筋、折弯等功能。小型多功能辘线机适用于薄钢板、铁板、铜板、铝板、不锈钢板等。本设计首先进行强度和稳定性计算，其次对其结构进行设计，最后检验其合理性。整个设计过程都是依据设计规范和标准进行的，设计结果满足工程设计要求。
关键词：辘线机；减速器；辊轮

Abstract
Small multifunctional reel line machine plays a very important role in the production of enterprise . Reel of ray machine manual reel-ray machine and electric reel line machine, the main features of this design is the types of sheet metal beading, bending and other functions. Small multi-functional reel line machine applies to thin steel plate, iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel plate. The design is first strength and stability calculations, followed by its structural design, and finally test its rationality. Throughout the design process are based on design specifications and standards, and design results meet the design requirement.
