设计简介
摘 要
主轴组件是机床的执行件，它的功用是支承并带动工件或刀具旋转，完成表面成形运动，同时还起传递运动和扭矩、承受切削力和驱动力等载荷的作用。由于主轴组件的工作性能直接影响到机床的加工质量和生产率，因此它是机床中的一个关键组件。主轴和一般传动轴的相同点是，两者都传递运动、扭矩并承受传动力，都要保证传动件和支承的正常工件条件，但主轴直接承受切削力，还要带动工件或刀具，实现表面成形运动，因此对主轴有较高的要求。
本人针对端面磨床的砂轮主轴部分进行设计分析。

Abstract
Main components of machine tools is the execution part, its function is to support and promote the development of the workpiece or tool to rotate, to complete the surface forming movement, also pass the motion and torque, bear cutting force and driving force of load. As a result of spindle components of working performance directly affects the machining quality and productivity, it is one of the key components of machine tool.The spindle and the general drive shaft are similar, both transfer motion, torque and bear the transmission power, transmission parts and support to ensure the normal work conditions, but the cutting force under the direct axis, but also drives the workpiece or tool, realize the surface forming movement, therefore has a higher requirement on the spindle.
I aimed at the end grinding wheel spindle part design and analysis.
