桨叶式搅拌机的设计
摘要:为了提高加工效率,本课题设计了一种出料粒度为15~20mm的桨叶式搅拌机,根据要求设计了锤击部分和反击部分。 物料由进料口进入破碎腔,经过锤头的冲击、剪切、劈碎、折断,实现物料的中碎;锤击的物料冲击到安装在破碎腔内的反击板上,又经过物料与反击板、物料与物料的互相冲击,从而实现了物料的细碎。本机融合了锤式搅拌机、反击式搅拌机与桨叶式搅拌机的优点,降低了生料和熟料的入磨粒度,较好地达到了设计要求。

The material by enters the broken cavity, after the hammer head impact, cuts, chops into pieces, breaks off, the realization material center is garrulous; Hammers the material attacks installs in the broken cavity on the counter-attack board, also passes through the material and the counter-attack board, the material and the material mutual impact, thus has realized the material fragmentation.
