摘要
水洞像风洞一样,是流体力学基本研究的主要工具。在水洞中可以研究如流动与实验物体之间的作用力,边界层现象,湍流,特别是气浊水弹性现象和自由液面现象。
本文水洞实验运动平台的实验要求,对试验装置的俯仰和偏转的两自由度运动机构进行设计和分析。
本文对水洞试验的国内外发展现状和发展意义以及两自由度机构的现状进行了阐述,在此基础上进行两自由度运动机构的结构设计;介绍SolidWorks软件和对所设计的两自由度运动机构装置进行的三维造型过程;对所设计的运动机构的主要节点进行的强度校核和力学性能的分析;在校核的基础上选择了合适的电机;最后对本课题做一个总结和展望。

Abstract
The water tunnel is the main hydromechanics fundamental researchvehicle as well as the wind tunnel. The action between the flow and theexperiment object, the boundary layer phenomenon and turbulence flowespecially cavitation, hydroelasticity phenomenon and free surface phenomenon can be studied in the water tunnel.
The requirement of water tunnel experiment platform experiment, design and analysis of two degree of freedom motion mechanism of testing device on thepitch and yaw.
The development present situation and the development significance and status of two degree of freedom mechanism based on the domestic water tunnel experiment and discussed。further for structure design to the two degrees of freedom motion mechanism; introduction of SolidWorks software and process for the design of two degrees of freedom movement mechanism unit for three-dimensional modeling ; strength check and mechanical properties analysis for the main nodes of movement mechanism, based on that select suitable motor; finally this project makes a summary and prospected.
