设计简介
摘 要
众所周知,现今的汽车减振器大都是把汽车的振动能量转化成液压油的热能再由减振器吸收散发到空气中,这部分能量都浪费掉了。鉴于传统减振器振动能不可回收的缺点,我们在传统减振器的基础上进行了改良,设计了“节能磁油混合式双级减振器”。该种设计结构原理在国内外属首次。我们的产品有以下优点:
1、能够回收40%以上的汽车振动能。
2、提高了能源利用率,使行车更加经济。
3、间接减少空气污染,符合绿色环保的设计理念。
4、分级减振,因而减振效果更加显著,提高行车舒适性。

ABSTRACT
As is known to all, the current automotive shock absorber is mostly the vibration of the vehicle energy into heat energy of hydraulic oil shock absorber again by absorbing sent into the air, this part of the energy is wasted away. In view of the traditional vibration absorber can not recycling shortcomings, we in the traditional shock absorber is conducted on the basis of the improvement, the design \"energy-saving magnetic oil shock absorber hybrid double level\". The design structure is the first principle at home and abroad.Our product has the following advantages:
1, can recycle more than 40% of the auto vibration can.
2, improve the energy efficiency, make driving more economy.
3, indirect reduce air pollution, with green environmental protection design idea.
4, grade vibration reduction, thus reducing vibration effect more significant, improve the driving comfort.
