设计简介
摘要
我国水果资源十分丰富,是世界水果生产大国,但水果产后处理和加工水平低下,水果检测和分选手段落后,导致国产水果整体品质较差,缺乏国际竞争力。对水果品质检测的传统方法技术含量低、速度慢且人为因素干扰严重,近红外光谱分析技术却能够实现对水果的快速无损检测。
本设计以苹果为对象,分析比较国内的大部分检测仪器的原理,最终利用近红外光谱分析技术,开展水果内部品质糖度、酸度和坚实度的检测研究,在此基础上建立水果成熟度检查机械的构成。使机械能够很好的检测各种水果的成熟度。
本机器功能强大,使用效率高,准确度强,大量使用标准化件,因此,其结构简单,互换性强,并且无损伤判断其水果的优劣。可方便各类果园使用。
SUMMARY

This machine is powerful, high efficiency in the use, accuracy, extensive use of standardized parts, so its structure is simple, interchangeability, and no damage judgment of the pros and cons of its fruit. Can facilitate the use of various types of orchard.
