基于多层建筑的小型电梯传动系统设计
 

摘    要

随着社会的不断发展,中国城市化的水平越来越高,而电梯作为人们在城市生活中不可或缺的运输工具必将越来越体现其价值。我国大多数多层建筑居民楼都没有安装电梯,居住在高层的居民,尤其是老年人,上下楼、搬运东西都很不便。普通电梯安装要求高,而且价格以及安装、维护费用昂贵。本项目力求研制出一种新型电梯,现有建筑物经过简单改造就可安装;也可安装在新的建筑物上以提升房屋品质。本项目主要针对没有预留井道现有建筑物,在综合考虑安装、制造、施工等多方面因素及满足整套系统的可靠性之下研究与之相适应的电梯传动装置和结构。
在经过查找资料、计算及考虑各方面因素后,我决定精心设计一种电梯, 在不过多地改造居民楼的前提下,采用把H型刚固定在墙壁上,轿箱沿着H型钢运行,在型钢上安装齿条,齿条与轿箱上的齿轮配合传动,来提升轿箱,传动部分采用蜗轮蜗杆一级减速机构,并且利用自琐的特性,把电动机、减速器都固定在轿箱上,轿箱的的下面安装随行电缆。其产品为社会所能承受,将会受到欢迎,市场前景可观,确实给社会带来方便。该项研究涉及到机械设计、机械制造、材料学、自动控制、建筑结构等方面的跨学科内容,无论是对社会,还是对行业都会产生重大影响。

A mini-elevator elevator of traditional system design
on Multi-storey building
Abstract
 
With the continuous development of the society, the level of China’s urbanization is higher and higher, while the elevator as an indispensible means of transport in urban life will increasingly reflects its value. In our country, most of the multi-storey residential buildings have not installed elevators, for the residents living in the high-level, especially the elderly people, it is inconvenient to go up and down stairs or carry things. The installation requirements of common elevators are strict, and their price and the fee of installation and maintenance are high. The project strives to invent a new type of elevator that can be installed in the existing buildings through the simple alteration, and it can also be installed in new buildings to improve the house quality. The project aims to the existing buildings which have not the reservation hoist way. Synthetically considering the installation, manufacturing, construction and other factors and meeting the reliability of the entire system, we study the elevator rolling device and structures which corresponds to. 
    After searching for information, calculating and considering various factors, I decide to elaborately design a kind of elevator. Simply alerting the residential buildings, we have H type steel fixed on the wall, lift-box moving along the H type steel. The match of rack on H type steel and a wheel gear on lift-box elevates lift-box. The moving part adopts the first-level deceleration institution of handle turbine worm and makes use of the characteristic of auto-lock. The electric motor and decelerate machine are fixed on the lift-box, underneath which we install an accompanying electric cable. This product can be accepted by the society and it will be welcome. Its market prospect is considerable, and indeed it will bring convenience to the society. The research involves machine design, machine manufacturing, material science, automatic control, building construction etc. cross-curricular contents. Both for society and industry it will have a significant impact.
