设计简介
摘要
我这次设计的主要内容是自动化板料剪切生产线板料的剪切从开卷、展平、剪切,到接料、打包等是一个专业化得流程,需要综合的考虑整个加工生产过程和各种装备的布置和谐问题,因此需要设计一个自动控制生产线。本次毕业设计的另一个任务是通过实习调研、综合考虑各方面因素选择合适的剪板机。

Abstract
I graduated from the main content of this design is automatic sheet shear line - finished the design of pick feeder, I designed to answer the feeder consists of three parts, transportation agency, answer the institution, cheng institution. The whole sheet shear line including open-book institutions, flattening institutions, plate shears and finished products meet feeder, the whole production line to realize automation production, I think is mainly connect feeder design. Connect institution to achieve several major function, the first to realize automation fluctuation, this must depend on the PLC control hydraulic cylinder of rising and falling; The second is to install the whole, to material and realize plank; The third is to put finishing the plank after conveying out. The whole production line of the most difficult realization is how to realize several institutions at the same time sex and coordination of the whole production line, as well as the automatic control.The shear sheet from open-book, flattening, shear, to meet materials, packaging, is a specialized must flow, require comprehensive considering the whole processing production process and various equipment arrangement harmonious problem, so it need to design an automatic production line. The graduation design another task is through the practice research, comprehensive account of various factors choose appropriate plate shears.
