摘 要
本课题是对稀土永磁体产品生产线改造自动进料系统设计。该课题的主要内容包括:通过对生产线自动化进料系统的资料收集、功能的分析研究和分析调研多方面关于自动化进料系统的运动原理及控制原理,设计出了一种适用于稀土永磁体产品生产线的自动进行系统,该进料系统主要包括四杆机构、皮带传动和凸轮机构。四杆机构用于接料和卸料,皮带传动用于运输送料小车,凸轮机构用于控制脱模瓶喷洒脱模剂。
本课题的具体设计为:选择合适的皮带传动系统的类型,对该系统进行相关参数的计算来选择合适的皮带,设计出合适的传动机构来实现运送功能;通过条件要求来进行四杆机构的设计,长度的确定,参数计算和运动规律的验算,实现接料和卸料的功能;还进行了凸轮类型的选择、机构装配和参数的计算,设计出一套完成喷脱模剂的机构;最后还将这些机构进行合适的组装和传感器的感应作用,由机、电一体化的功能系统的控制来实现进料系统的自动化生产,完成对稀土粉末材料的运送和接卸动作,来实现自动进料功能,提高生产率,改进加工工艺性能和改善工作环境。

Abstract
This topic is a rare earth permanent magnet production line of automatic product feed system design.The main content of the topics include: through the production line automation systems feed data collection, analysis and functional analysis of the multifaceted research on automated feeding system into motion principle and control theory,designed a suitable rare earth permanent magnet production line of automatic systems.The feed system includes four agencies, belt drive and cam mechanism.Four mechanism for loading and unloading connected.Belt drive the car used to transport feed.A release cam mechanism for controlling the release agent spray bottle.
The specific design of this project include:selection the appropriate type of belt drive system calculation the system parameters to choose the right belt design a suitable drive mechanism to achieve delivery functions;Through the conditions required to be designed by four-bar mechanism, determine the length of the parameter checking calculations and regular exercise,achieve access for loading and unloading functions. Also conducted a cam type selection, calculation mechanism assembly and parameters, to design a mechanism to complete the spray release agent;Finally, these institutions will be suitable induction effect sensor assembly and control mechanical, electrical integration of the functions of he system to automate the production of the feed system, the completion of the rare earth powder materials transport and unloading action to achieve automatic feed function, increase productivity, improve process performance and improve the working environment.
