对于无轴螺旋输送机,在工程设计及使用中还存在一些的缺陷,如参数选择不合理等。目前,无轴螺旋输送机的设计仍是依靠经验公式计算,在经验公式中许多参数的选择是在一定范围内凭经验选取的,这使得无轴螺旋输送机的设计较落后,无法提高其设计水平和提高产品的性能。
文中对无轴螺旋输送机进行了较为全面论述,从了解无轴螺旋输送机的类型、国内外发展现状。阐明了螺旋输送机的工作原理。并根据无轴螺旋输送机的工作原理、工作条件、输送要求等设计――无轴螺旋输送机。该无轴螺旋输送机用于污泥的输送,根据输送量以及输送路程设计出螺旋直径,计算了螺旋功率以及根据功率选择了电动机、减速器和联轴器能较好地解决实际问题。

Abstract
The screw conveyor is the necessary device of modern manufacturing and material fluid transportation. In order to reduce people's heavy physical work, to raise working productivity, to achieve material-conveying automation and mechanization, it possesses very important practical significance. It has already widely used in many country departments. Screw conveyors are used extensively in industry for conveying and elevating bulk materials over relatively short distances. They are very effective conveying devices for relatively free flowing bulk solids.
  This paper comes from an investigation practical problem, which is put forward during the institute of construction machinery research makes some surveys. In fact, for screw conveyors, there are many problems in design, use, engineering, such as configuration design, non-reasonable in parameters choice and not convenience of acting machines. Thus there is often defect when materials are conveyed, for example, materials jam, noise, power wastage. These problems need urgent settlements.
The text of the screw conveyor in a more comprehensive discussion about the type of screw conveyor, the development of the status quo. To clarify the working principle of the screw conveyor. Screw conveyor in accordance with the working principle, working conditions, transportation requirements to design a screw conveyor.
