摘 要
涡旋式压缩机是一种高效、节能、省才和低噪声的新型容积式压缩机，可广泛的应用在空调、制冷、真空和各类气体压缩等方面，且可望取代传统的其他类型的小型压缩机。涡旋压缩机主要有动涡旋、静涡旋、防自转机构等部件构成，压缩机设计的关键问题有以下几个方面：一是涡旋齿的型线选择及其修正；二是基本参数的选取；三是防自传机构的设计；四是动平衡的设计；五是轴承的选择；六是曲轴及涡旋齿面强度的校核；七是机体运动部件的润滑及其整机密封的设计。本压缩机采用圆渐开线型线，防自传机构采用十字环，驱动方式采用直连式，整机采用压差供油润滑。

Abstract

The compressor Involute circle, anti-autobiography organizations to adopt cross ring, using direct-attached drive, the machine uses pressure lubrication.
